1、负责访客的接待，基本的租房咨询和引见；
2、负责客户日常资料收发 传递以及归纳；
3、处理公寓里发生的问题及客人投诉，及时解决问题缓解客人情绪；
4、负责前台电话的接听重要事件记录并传达给相关部门人员，不遗漏不延误（例如:客户的报修 客户预约打扫 客户预约看房等等）；
5、督促相关人员做好公寓安全和清洁卫生工作，确保公寓的安全性和整洁度；
6、负责公寓物资的保管及统计，及时上报申请需添加的日常物品，做好成本把控；
7、负责租客每月能源费及租金的收取及催缴；
8、上级安排的其他工作等。
