工作职责：
• 维护和维修：对机械、电气、管道和暖通空调系统进行日常维护和维修。排除技术故障并及时实施解决方案以最大限度地减少停机时间。
• 预防性维护：定期检查设备和系统以发现潜在问题。执行预防性维护计划以确保资产的最佳性能和使用寿命。
• 安全与合规：确保维护活动遵守安全协议和当地法规。及时向主管报告任何安全隐患或不合规问题。
• 运营支持：响应服务请求和紧急维护需求，确保对酒店运营的干扰最小。协助工程经理分配的特殊项目、安装和升级。
• 文档和报告：维护维护活动的准确记录，包括检查、维修和使用的零件。定期向主管汇报设备性能和维护需求的最新情况。
• 团队协作：与其他团队成员密切合作，确定维护任务的优先级并高效完成。与其他部门进行有效沟通，确保满足客人和员工的需求。
任职资格：
• 具有维护或工程职位经验，最好是在酒店业。
• 具备机械、电气、管道和暖通空调系统的基本知识。 • 拥有工程或维护方面的认证或技术培训者优先。
• 具备强大的解决问题和故障排除技能。
• 能够在快节奏的环境中独立工作和作为团队的一员工作。
• 具备良好的组织和时间管理技能。
• 熟悉安全法规和维护标准。
