2.Familiar with all major quality factorsof food products and ensures that all items are identical with recipe andspecification, striving to create new dish and produce an optimum foodquality;
3.Has leadership qualities, organizationaltalents, financial acumen administrates and assist the operation of Azurkitchen;
Experiences and skills required1.Minimum 2 years of similar sous chef role;
2.Minimum 4 years in a Western Restaurantkitchen (French, Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian) cooking traditional as wellcontemporary cuisine;
3.Passionate, self-driven, responsible andindependent with solid knowledge in food & kitchen safety;
