负责准确地预约和接通客人的长途电话。
负责准确及时的为客人提供叫醒服务，称呼客人姓名。
负责检查叫醒服务记录，并在电话没有人接听时采取适当的措施。
帮助解决客人的需求。
友善的对待客人满足或超出客人期望的服务。
及时更新电话信息，并将信息输入Opera系统。
充分了解饭店设施和营业时间, 确保正确回答客人的问题。
准确写下留言并及时的跟进解决。

Receive all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner, responsible for accurate connection.
Answer guest’s inquires over the phone or connect caller to relevant department.
Responsible for booking and placing of guest long distance calls correctly.
Responsible for placing of guests’ wake-up calls accurately and timely, using guest’s name during the call.
Responsible for monitoring wake-up call log and take appropriate action if a call is not answered.
To assist guests when requested.
To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
To update telephone guides in the hotel computer system.
Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation, to ensure correct response to guests` questions.
To take messages accurately and follow up it promptly.
