Answer guest’s inquires over the phone or connect caller to relevant department.
Responsible for booking and placing of guest long distance calls correctly.
Responsible for placing of guests’ wake-up calls accurately and timely, using guest’s name during the call.
Responsible for monitoring wake-up call log and take appropriate action if a call is not answered.
To assist guests when requested.
To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
To update telephone guides in the hotel computer system.
Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation, to ensure correct response to guests` questions.
To take messages accurately and follow up it promptly.
