负责准备和摆盘展示部门菜单和宴会需要的食物。
负责合理地处理和维护部门所有设备。
负责实现准备食物和摆盘展示一致的质量标准。
负责保护和合理使用食物、燃料、操作用品、电力等。
负责按照FSMS / HACCP和部门标准,维护工作区域的清洁和卫生。
Assists Chef de Partie in the daily food supplies inventory and requisition.
Reads and understands standard recipe cards.
Responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food items from his/ her section in the menu and banquet function.
Responsible for the proper handling and maintenance of all equipment in the section.
Responsible for consistent implementation of quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Responsible for conservation and proper utilization of food supplies, fuel, operating supplies, electricity, etc.
Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene of work area as per FSMS/HACCP and department standards.
