与宴会总监密切合作，确保全面实施与宴会销售、宴会策划、收益及市场营销相关的所有索菲特宴会标准。
1、至少三年的酒店婚宴销售及管理经验，奢华品牌五星级优先。
2、与销售总监密切合作，确保全面实施与人力资源相关的索菲特会议宴会标准。
3、充分、正确地使用Delphi, Opera等所有相关系统和线上工具。
4、根据索菲特的政策和程序维护酒店全部销售协议、合同和报价的完整记录。
5、确保遵守所有与财务记录维护、资金处理和授权相关的酒店、公司和地方章程、政策和法规，包括及时准确地报告财务信息。
To work with DOC to ensure all Sofitel Events Standards relating to Catering Sales, Catering Planning, Profitability and Marketing are fully implemented.
1、Minimum of 3 years wedding sales management experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
2、To work with DOSM to ensure applicable Sofitel Wedding Standards relating to Human Resources are fully implemented
3、To fully and correctly use Delphi, Opera and all related systems and online tools.
4、To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Sofitel’s Policies & Procedures.
5、To ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
