岗位职责
1.Communicate with guests to get the feedback, highly attention on the guest’s comments from each of the channel, to investigate and submit report on guest comments, and conduct case study within team.
2.To handle the guest complain actively, to deal with the guest with win-win result.
3.Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
4.Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
5.Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests. Have a complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and all Front Office Sections.
6.Monitor Front Office department personnel to ensure rooms and particularly those of known repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention. Visit long staying & regular guests, to build and maintain a good relationship with them in order to exceed their needs.
7.Maintain daily an accurate record in the logbook of items and incidents which may be of concern to management and/or which may require further attention.
8.Be fully conversant with all emergency procedures and follow the instructions of the emergency procedures whenever applicable.
9.Direct, control, and co-ordinate activities of all the areas in operation at night and ensure that these activities are properly carried out.
10.To in charge of handling all incident & accident occurs in the night with proper reporting and recording.
1.与客人沟通获得客人的反馈意见及建议,关注来自各个渠道的客人反馈,对客人提出的批评做出调查整改报告并呈交上级,对客人提出的批评及表扬均及时与团队成员进行案例分享。
2.处理客人投诉,妥善处理,即让客人满意也要维护好酒店。
3.在与员工和客人的交流中建立积极的酒店形象。
4.向客人解释和销售酒店的服务和设施,应保持高水准的产品和服务知识。
5.了解当前酒店的信息以便客人的查询。包括房间类型、房价、相关特色、设施、餐饮部的促销和前厅部的各个部门有一个全面的了解。
6.协助管理前厅部员工以确保知名人士的回头率,同时保证重要客人得到特殊关注;与客人尤其是长/常住客建立良好的关系。以便能有效满足他们的合理需求。
7.确保对于与酒店管理层相关的事件和需要进一步解决的事情在交接班本上做好准确记录。
8.熟悉掌握紧急情况的处理程序并且能够对紧急情况正确处理。
9.在当班时指导,控制并协调各夜间运做部门并确保这些部门的运做正常。
10.负责处理所有夜间发生的紧急事件,妥善汇报合理处理。
