1.Provides courteous and professional services to both guests and customers of the Hotel.
2.Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labeled at all times.
3.Arranges and prepares information on Special Events or Hotel Services to be bulletined.
4.Ensures that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
5.Assists in identifying training needs, develops training plans and implements training sessions for all staff within the section on a regular basis.
6.Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform, appearance and posture throughout the section.
7.Ensures daily departing time of due-out guests and arranges for taxis, shuttle arrangements and limousine services to the airport if required.
8.Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.
9.Monitors, that the Concierge staff is engaged in their daily duties – greeting of guests at entrance, carrying baggage, rooming of guests, daily directory postings, transfer arrangements.
10.Maintain and control the use of storeroom, ensures the cleanliness and see to it that proper procedures are followed in receiving, storing and issuing of baggage and any other items as may be left behind by guests.
11.Ensures that all work areas are neat and tidy at all time.

3.安排并准备特殊活动或酒店服务的有关信息公告。
4.确保工作区域内的所有设备任何时间都处于良好工作状态。
5.协助参与员工的培训工作，为本部门员工制定培训计划及进行培训课程。
6.仪容仪表、穿着打扮、个人卫生、行为举止必须符合部门标准。
7.确保为每日离店客人安排出租车，如客人要求，提供送机服务。
8.提供客人感兴趣的事情如：酒店服务，本地风景区，餐厅，医生，观光点等。
9.监督员工的日常工作情况－门童应于酒店门口问候客人、行李员帮助客人提行李、引领客人进房、日常的分送及交通安排工作。
10.管理行李房，确保行李房的整洁及客人行李和遗留物品的接收、存放、分发按照正确的程序进行。
11.保证所有的工作区域始终保持整洁。
