provides courteous and exceptional guest service.

all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and
efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved
satisfactorily.

implemented.

Works
closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on
the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

5.    Make sure the food preparation is in place on time
确保食物准备按时到位。


6.        Follow up instructionsfrom chef supervisor

Setup stations according

Transportation of goods

Follow up recipes up to

10.      Works in any sections of
kitchen when necessary or as requested by the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
必要时按副厨师长和厨师长的要求去厨房任何区域工作。

Ensures
the sanitation standards for kitchen are being met.
保证厨房的卫生符合卫生部门和酒店的标准。




12.      Follow up the hotel

13.      Ensures that operating
and kitchen equipment us according to the training instruction, avoid damage

understands
and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee
Handbook and the hotel's policies including but not restricted to fire,
hygiene, health and safety.
