【岗位职责】
1. 支持收益管理的市场销售价格策略，按计划执行。
2. 按照部门工作程序处理客房的预订和服务。
3. 检查处理日常预订工作，处理传真、确认客人相关情况、团队房间安排以及及时处理客人需求。
4. 记录所有新进的预订及服务。
5. 记录并处理团队预订。
6. 确保所有与预订及服务有关的事宜都作妥善处理。
7. 向客人提供有关酒店服务信息咨询。
8. 录入有关团队和会议的特殊付款需求。
9. 处理、跟进配合，团队名单及预订押金。
10. 处理取消，更改预订（诸如：延住和提早离店等等）。
11. 调查并处理预订未到的预订。
12. 与信贷经理联系有关信贷安排的预订。
13. 悉知房价变动，特殊安排，各种促销活动和预订截止日期。
14. 悉知酒店各个市场细分和价格代码。
15. 监控预订情况并通知预订部主管目前和未来的住房率。
16. 准备预定及快捷服务报表。
17. 用鼎力推销和纵深销售的技巧来推销酒店的产品。
18. 按照酒店标准保持高水准的电话应答技巧推销酒店产品。
19. 确保所有客人的需要都被及时回复。【岗位要求】
