岗位职责
1. 全面负责日餐厅运营管理，包括人员调配、服务流程优化、成本控制及营收目标达成；
2. 确保菜品质量、服务标准符合酒店高端定位及日式餐饮文化特色；
3. 制定并执行营销策略，策划节日主题、季节限定等活动，提升客流量及客户满意度；
4. 管理团队培训，强化员工对日式服务礼仪、清酒文化、食材知识的专业素养；
5. 维护供应商关系，严控食材采购、库存管理及食品安全标准；
6. 处理客户反馈，建立VIP客户档案，提升复购率及口碑传播。

任职要求
1. 学历经验：专科及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理相关专业优先；2年以上高端日料餐厅或五星级酒店日餐厅管理经验；
2. 专业能力：
   - 精通日式餐饮运营流程，熟悉怀石料理、寿司、铁板烧等细分领域；
   - 具备优秀的成本管控及数据分析能力，熟练使用餐饮管理系统；
   - 日语能力优先；
3. 个人特质：
   - 对日式美学及服务精神有深刻理解，注重细节与仪式感；
   - 具备领导力与跨部门协调能力，能在高压环境下保持高效决策；
   - 形象气质佳，谈吐得体，擅长高端客户关系维护。
