【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店人力资源相关模块的日常管理工作，包括但不限于招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等；
2、根据酒店业务需求，制定并执行招聘计划，确保各部门人员配置合理；
3、组织并实施员工培训计划，提升员工专业技能及综合素质；
4、协助完善酒店人力资源管理制度及流程，确保符合法律法规及集团要求；
5、处理员工入职、转正、调动、离职等手续，维护员工档案及人力资源系统数据；
6、协调员工关系，处理员工投诉及劳动争议，营造良好的工作氛围；
7、定期分析人力资源数据，为管理层提供决策支持。
【岗位要求】
1、对人力资源管理工作有热情，具备良好的沟通协调能力及服务意识；
2、熟悉人力资源管理相关法律法规及实务操作；
3、具备较强的执行力及抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作环境；
4、熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT等）及人力资源管理系统；
5、具备团队合作精神，工作细致认真，责任心强；
6、有酒店行业或相关服务行业工作经验者优先考虑。
