Under the general guidance and supervision of Training Manager, conduct hotel training program, coordination for hotel training, audit and assist departmental training, improve the performance of staff, meet hotel talents standards.
在培训经理的指导和管理之下,负责执行酒店各个培训项目,协调酒店相关培训项目,监督和协助各个部门的培训工作,提高员工的业绩,以符合酒店对员工的标准。
Assist Training Manager to delivery IHG and hotel culture, organize activities, keep good employee relations and employee recognition.协助培训经理对洲际和酒店企业文化的传播,组织各类文体活动,保持良好的员工关系,并做好员工认可。

Qualifications –
学历
College graduate(bachelor), preferably in Hotel Management or equivalent in experience.
大学本科毕业(学士学位), 热于从事酒店管理或有相关经验
Good at English writing, listening and spoken.
英文听说写流利。
Minimum 1 years’ experience in Training, at least 1 years in managerial capacity.
1年以上培训工作经验, 1年以上管理经验
