岗位职责/职位描述

·    确保公司最基本的品牌标准都被贯彻执行。

Ensures that all company minimum brand standardshave been implemented.

·    与其他凯悦同事紧密合作,灵活处事,着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度。

Works closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

·    严格按照烹饪配方准备菜单上的菜肴。

Prepares menu items in strict accordance with set recipes.

·     遵循凯悦的卫生标准及当地的卫生法规。

Adheres to all Hyatt Hotels hygiene standards and local hygiene laws.

·    每天负责洗、择、切及去籽去核所有瓜果蔬菜。

Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruitson daily basis.

·     必要时,清洗、切割和绞肉、家禽和海鲜。

Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafoodif necessary.

·    将食物浸入面包屑、面粉和奶油面糊。

Dips food items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them.

·     搅拌和过滤汤汁和调味料。

Stirs and strains soups and sauces.

·     称量指定配料。

Weighs and measures designated ingredients.

·    将锅、水壶和装食物的托盘搬运至指定工作间、炉灶和冷库间。

Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.

·     在指定区域保存食物。

Stores foods in designated areas.

·     清洗工作区、设备和器具,清除垃圾。

Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage.

·    分发物料、器具和可移动的设备。

Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.

·     切各种熟肉。

Carves various cooked meats.

·     协助各项质量控制。

Assists in quality control of items.

·    准备早餐自助台的摆设。

Sets up buffet presentations.

·     上菜和点餐。

Serves tables and takes orders

·    熟悉所有咖啡、茶、啤酒、葡萄酒和白酒的相关知识,能为客人提供优质的饮料服务。

Be Familiar with all coffee, tea, beer, wine and distilled spirits knowledge and be capable to provide excellent beverage service to guests.

·    与销售部门协调,追踪会议定单中预定的餐饮需求和会议厅摆设。确保为会议组织者和参加会议的客人提供满意的服务。

Coordinates with Sales Department and follow up on the Food & Beverage request and meeting room setup in BEO. Makes sure to provide satisfied service to meeting planners and meeting guests.

·     与供应商或承包商协调,确保对所有厨房设备进行日常维护和每月进行深度清洁。

Coordinates with suppliers or contractors to ensures the daily maintenance and monthly deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment.

·    每天准备员工餐厅的食物。

Prepare meals for Employee Restaurants on daily basis.

·     符合餐饮先进先出的程序。

Always comply with FIFO (first in/first out) process ofFood & Beverage.

·     在接受点餐后立即在销售系统中输入定单,确保及时供应。

Enters orders in the Point of Sales System immediately upon taking the order to ensure items are prepared in a timely fashion.
