MajorResponsibility主要工作职责

· Inchargeofcorporateaccountandmaintenancetherelationshipwithexistaccounts(Salescall frequentlyand email, telephoneand others).

负责公司客户，维护客户关系（经常通过邮件、电话等方式对客户进行拜访）。

· Developnewcorporateaccountsandfollowup.

拓展新的公司客户以及相关跟进工作。

· Siteinspectionforclients.

带领客户现场参观。

· Investigateourproperties’competitor information (ratesandpromotionandetc.)

调查竞争对手的相关信息（如：价格、促销方式等)。

· Dailyproduction& revenue report;Monthlyandyearproduction&revenue report.

制作月度和年度的销售产量和收入报表。

· Weeklycustomer feedback/Monthlyinventorycheck/Monthlyrateparitycheck/Quarterlywebdescriptioncheck.

每月客户的反馈、月度房态的核查、月度价格的核查、网站信息的核查。

· Quoteandfollowup reservationandpayment,insureallreservationscorrectly.Good communicationwith reservationassociates.

· 跟进预订和付款情况，确保所有的预订准确无误。与预订同事有良好的沟通。

· Makingnecessarysettingonallrelevant OTA(OnlineTravel Agent)systemwithaccurateandefficient.

对所有在线预订中心系统的操作准确及高效。

· Renewal annualagreement with TravelAgents,doneandfollowuptheagreementreturn.

每年度及时更新与旅行社的协议，并跟进相关协议的返回情况。

Requirements资质需求

· Bachelordegreeorabove.

· 大学本科以上学历。

· More than2yearshotel/serviceapartmentor travelagencysalesexperience.

2年以上酒店/服务公寓销售工作经验。

· Fluentinlistening,speaking,readingandwritingEnglishabilities.

流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。

· Good interpersonalcommunicationskillstoeffectivelycarryoutinternal/externalcommunications.

良好的人际沟通能力，能有效地进行内/外部沟通。

· Goodteamspirit.
