【岗位职责】
1.负责餐饮部的统筹管理,制定并执行餐饮营运计划,完成部门营业收入和利润指标;
2.与行政总厨协作设计菜单,开发符合市场需求的餐饮产品并提升出品质量;
3.制定餐饮促销策略,提高餐饮销售业绩;
4.协调餐饮部与厨房及其他部门的工作关系,确保宾客获得优质餐饮体验;
5.建立健全物资设备管理制度,加强对餐饮设备、物资的维护和管理。
【岗位要求】
1.大专及以上学历;
2.八年以上餐饮工作经验,三年以上酒店餐饮管理岗位经验;
3.精通餐饮运营和市场趋势,具备优秀的餐饮策划和创新能力;具有优秀的团队建设能力,善于培训和激励员工;出色的沟通协调能力,能与厨师团队及各部门紧密合作。
