1.以微笑和欢迎的目光交流迎接抵店客人，在知道客人的名字情况下使用客人姓名称呼；

Greet arriving guests with a smile and eye contact, using the guest’s name if known;

2.建立良好的宾客关系赢得客人的忠实感；

Establishes relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty;

3.尽可能在没有上级参与的情况下解决客人投诉。

Resolve guestcomplaints, without involving Service Leader if possible.

4.从VIP客人预抵、抵达、入住至离店加强品牌的标准和程序；

Enforces all brand standards and procedures from VIP guests, pre-arrival, to their arrival, during their stay till their departure;

5.主动解决客人的要求并且追踪有关部门确保客人的要求得到满足；

Take personal responsibility for guest requests, follows up with relevant department to ensure the request has been acted;

6.熟悉酒店周边环境，如本市的餐饮购物等相关信息；

To have a sound knowledge of the local environment such as restaurants and shopping areas within the city.

7.确保满足客人合理要求；

Ensure guest reasonable requests are met;

8.处理贵宾欢迎品的准备工作。

To handle VIP amenity preparation.

9.确保熟知酒店服务设施及当日运营情况（如餐饮设施及功能、餐厅、会务及所有抵离贵宾和团队情况）；

To ensure clearly known all activities within the hotel (F&B Functions, restaurants, meetings, arriving and departing VIP’ s, groups).

10.使用促销和建议性的销售技巧销售酒店的产品与服务；

Sell the hotel products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques;

11.贯彻酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序；

Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures;

12.在工作中遵循酒店对客体验服务标准；
