职位描述

To be responsible for the overall daily and ongoing operation of the Front Office department and it’s units: Reception, Guest Relation,Guest Service Manager, Concierge, Liver, Kiosk, Business Center and Guest Service Center.

协助前厅部经理负责前厅部及其所属部门的运行工作包括: 前台, 客户关系,宾客服务经理,礼宾部,车队,精品店,商务中心以及宾客服务中心。

  • 1. To be responsible for all Front Office areas: Reception, Guest Relation,Guest Service Manager, Concierge, Livery,Kiosk, Business Center and Guest Service Center;

  • 监督所有前厅区域: 包括前台,客户关系,宾客服务经理, 礼宾部,车队,精品店,商务中心及宾客服务中心。

  • 2.Control the availability of rooms, room types, accuracy of room count and rate categories together with Director of Revenue Management;

  • 与收益总监一起控制可用房间、房间类型,确认房间数量与房价类别;

3.Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards;

在维持高标准服务水平前提下尽量将客房出租率、客房收益、平均房价最大化;

4.Review arrival information on a daily basis include VIPs, regular guests, Starwood Preferred Guest, long staying guests, groups and special requests etc. Follow up with relevant department;

上岗前查看当日预抵信息包括:贵宾、常客、SPG会员、长住客人、团队客人以及有特别要求的客人,并通知有关部门;

5.Ensure Front OfficeGSA handle guest registration efficiently,promptly andcourteously;

确保前厅部员工高效、快速和礼貌地为客人办理登记;

6.Ensure correct handling of safe deposit boxes procedure;

确保正确使用保险箱程序;

7.Ensure all guest’s passports or I.D-Cards are registered properly and set to Public Security Bureau immediately;

确保所有客人的护照或身份证都严格登记并及时发送到公安局外管处;

8.Manage department strategic planning and development;

负责部门战略计划与发展;

9.Set up systems to capture guest feedback and present to Management on a regular basis;

建立顾客反馈系统,定期向管理层汇报;

10.Develop performance standards for operations in the department;

提高部门运作标准;11. Recruit associates together with Human Resources Manager

Discipline staff when applicable.与人事部经理一起招聘新员工;12.Discipline staff when applicable约束员工遵守纪律;13.Provide ongoing advice and support to staff under your supervision.给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持;14.Implement appropriate management practices that provide staff motivation and communication;实施合适的管理方式给予员工动力和沟通;15.Ensure guest reasonable requests are met;确保客人合理要求被满足;16.Identify VIP, SPG member, regular and long staying guest, develop rapport to offer personalized service and assistance;识别贵宾、SPG会员、常客和长住客人,建立友好的关系并提供个性化的服务与帮助;17.Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints;采取合适的行动解决客人的投诉;18.Sell hotel products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques;用促销和建议性的销售技巧销售酒店的产品与服务;19.Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures;贯彻酒店安全制度和紧急情况处理的政策和程序;20.Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area;保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁;21.Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation;准备和维护文档、报告、信函、备忘录和其它相关业务资料;22.Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis;确保所有报告和服务都按时完成;

23.Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Starwood Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook;

遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守喜达屋的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款;
