岗位职责：

1.负责预订的承接和管理相关销售的机会。

Responsible for soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related opportunities.

2.管理和提供培训和工作任务给预订部销售人员。

Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff.

3.积极增销每一个预订使收益最大化。

Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.

4.实现个人和团队相关的收入的目标。

Achieves personal and team related revenue goals.

5.通过在每个客户提供卓越服务的经验来推动顾客忠诚度。

Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

6.提供服务给我们的客户，与公司一同成长。

Provides service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company.

岗位要求：

1.2年在销售和市场营销, 客户服务, 前台, 或相关专业领域工作经验。

2 years’experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or relatedprofessional area.

2.必须具备优秀的中、英文书写和口头表达能力。

Excellent written and verbal Mandarin & English are a must.

3.独立工作及在压力下工作的能力。

Abilityto work independently and under pressure.
