岗位概述：
1. 负责平衡不同住宿产品的财务目标，使客房的总收入和利润最大化。
2. 负责在权限范围内的所有酒店的定价、定位和库存。开发并推荐客户、批发和集团细分市场的销售策略。
3. 确定新的收入机会，并有效地向所有关键的利益相关者传达销售策略和定价。
4. 与利益相关者保持富有成效的关系，包括酒店总经理、销售负责人、特许经营商和业主。

专业知识技能：
1. 基本的计算机技能—使用基本的计算机硬件和软件（例如，个人电脑，文字处理软件，网络浏览器等）。
2. 数学推理—演示了快速、正确地添加、删除、复制或分割的能力，并以一种能够解决与工作相关的问题的方式。
