岗位职责

1、主要职责通过各种不同的在线行销方案改善现在各种不同渠道的在线行销的收益和连同收入经营团队一起依照每间可用客房的收益(RevPar)和品牌下的其他主要的客户数据。

Key responsibility is to drive marketing solutions that will improve performance for the various online channels and together with Revenue Management team to support property’s overall Revenue per Available Room (RevPar) index and other key customer metrics according to brand.

2、核心角色是将网络行销最佳化,客户沟通工具的使用及管理, 管理第三方网站的在线工具和/或者万豪旗下的网站, 处理而且运行在线广告计划而且是所有有关的在线报告的主要执行者。

Core role is to optimize the website marketing, manage the use of the Star Guest Communications CRM tool, online content management tools for third parties &/or Marriott branded websites, manage and execute online advertising plan and be the primary owner of all relevant online reporting. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required.

3、依据品牌战略通过第三方渠道制定并执行具体的市场推广计划。维持与现有本地及区域内关键客户的沟通。

Plan and execute tactical marketing plan through strategic third party channels according to brand strategies. Maintain ongoing communication with key local and regional third party accounts.

4、每月微博、微信活动的策划。

Monthly Weibo and WeChat activity plan.

5、完成衡量在线销售的其他各项指标等等。

Achieve online preference (RMI, SOP & BRG Etc.) .

岗位要求

1、至少一年相关工作经历，传媒良好关系者优先。

Minimum 1 year of related work experience, media relation closely preferred.

2、必须具备优秀的中、英文书写和口头表达能力。

Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

3、优秀的表达能力及交流技巧。

Good interpersonal & communication skills.
