Participates in the development of Human Resources strategies which are aligned with the overall objectives of the Hotel 参与制定符合酒店总体目标的人力资源开发战略

  • Develops and implements strategies for Department 发展和实施部门战略

  • Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate定期回顾并根据情况适当调整战略

  • Develops and implements training plans which are aligned with the Hotel’s business strategies 发展并实施与酒店营运战略目标相适应的培训计划

     

    Creates a work environment aligned with Brand’s culture by conducting management skills training on a regular basis 通过定期开展管理技巧的培训创建符合品牌文化的工作环境

  • Conducts management skills training and follows-up with participants to assess utilisation of new skills 开展管理技巧培训并跟进学员使用新的技能

  • Ensures that employees attend all legally required training as scheduled; maintains and reviews tracking system regularly 确保员工根据计划参加必要的培训,定期维护和回顾培训跟进系统

     

    Keeps Yes I Can! service and 100% Guest satisfaction alive within the Hotel by conducting training and follow-ups on an ongoing basis 通过培训和持续的跟进活动确保“是的,我能”服务项目和100%的宾客满意度

  • Analyses customer service results monthly and identifies trends 进行月度宾客服务结果分析并明确培训需求

  • Conducts customer service training 进行宾客服务培训

  • Partners with Department Managers to develop strategies for keeping Yes I Can! alive within their Department 协助部门经理制定策略使“我能”项目能在各部门进行

  • Provides all new employees with a comprehensive induction program as part of the First 90 Days with Brand program to enable them to be orientated and efficiently productive from commencement 结合品牌文化在新员工入职的90天里为他们安排一个全面的入职项目,使他们从入职的第一天起就能进行有效的工作

 

 

Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.  Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork 通过真挚热情的待客及超越客人期望的表现使客人能感受到“我能”项目的带来的体验以打造100%的客人满意度。向员工提供培训及他们所需的资源以提高员工的融入度和团队协作。

  • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service 在进行对客服务时给予关注、承担责任并采取团队协作的方式

  • Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems 在解决问题时聆听、道歉找到解决的方法并跟进

  • Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis 持续不断的开展真挚热情的“我能”项目和团队协作

  • Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction 有责任关注在客人不满意的情况下正确利用100%客人满意度工具

  • Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality 履行其他职责以展现品牌特色和真挚的热情

     

    Adheres to hotel policies and procedures 遵守酒店的政策与程序:

  • Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance与直接领导保持沟通并确保所有问题能及时反馈

  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objective of this position即时有效的履行工作职责并与酒店的政策程序相一致以达到职位的整体目标

  • Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment与其他酒店的同仁建立良好的工作关系,培养并促进和谐的工作环境

  • At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the public在任何时候将酒店好的形象展示给大众

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS 要求

 

  • Minimum of two years progressive human resources and training experience至少两年人力资源或培训工作经验

  • Bachelors degree preferred, certificate in related field required 大学本科,或其他相关领域认证

  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork与其他酒店员工或经理高效合作以确保团队协作

  • Able to effectively conduct learning and development activities 能有效开展培训与发展活动
