岗位职责：
1.负责维修及所有墙面，地板、外墙、天花板和设备的内外瓷漆或乳胶漆的上漆，以配合现有的未道漆；
2.根据需要，执行施工作业，包括假天花板的分区和固定；
3.负责门，窗，木材板和家具物品的上漆；
4.负责所有表面在油漆或上漆之前的准备工作；
5.根据要求进行设备，家具或相关表面的喷漆；
6.负责维修损坏/破裂的表面，其包括混凝土、抹灰、石雕、预制切块体、墙壁和地板瓷砖及大理石制品；
7.负责维修/安装乙烯塑料地板，假天花板；
8.负责酒店内的维修工作，包括酒店的任何新的补充/扩展或酒店维修的任何物业事项。
岗位要求：
1. 有酒店物业工作2年以上经验，有五星级酒店工作经验优先；
2. 初中、中专学历以上，能够吃苦耐劳；
3. 持有锅炉操作证，有锅炉管理员证书、锅炉水处理操作证、电工低压操作证、中央空调操作证者优先录用。
