岗位职责
1、负责西厨热菜厨房的日常运营管理,确保菜品出品质量符合酒店标准
2、监督并指导厨师团队完成每日备餐、烹饪及装盘工作
3、根据菜单要求制定标准化操作流程,控制食品成本及损耗
4、检查厨房设备运行状况,确保工作区域符合卫生安全规范
5、参与新菜品研发,定期更新季节性菜单
6、协调与其他厨房部门的工作衔接,保障出餐效率
7、负责厨房员工排班、培训及绩效考核
岗位要求
1、具备西餐烹饪专业知识和技能,熟悉各类西式热菜制作工艺
2、3年以上西厨房工作经验,其中1年以上管理岗位经历优先
3、掌握食品安全及卫生管理规范,持有健康证
4、能够承受工作压力,适应倒班工作制
5、具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力
6、对食材成本控制有实际操作经验
7、有国际连锁酒店工作经验者优先考虑
