Responsible in assisting the Restaurant Manager in operating a smooth daily restaurant operation. Conduct of shift changes and adhere to opening and closing procedure. Ensure customer focused, service delivery and effective staff supervision. Ensure practised are compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Apply the four-step C.O.R.E service strategy model:
- To CONNECT when they observe situation that need assistance
- To spot the OPPORTUNITY to offer beyond expectations
- To RESPOND effectively with solutions
- To ENSURE the problem is solved

Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务回报
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
监督现金的处理和存放程序。
Prepare daily banking, cash flow reports and sale report

Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures

Deal with irregular payments

Control stock and monitor security procedures

Works with Restaurant Manager in preparing and the management of the department’s budget

Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
