Position Summary职位概述

 

Overall operation in control of the Spa and Wellbeing activities.  Responsible for the entire operation of the spa and fitness facilities, including consultations, reservations, treatments, retailing, spa cuisine, fitness exercise programs and exercise studio.

管理水疗中心和健身中心的所有运作。负责水疗中心及健身中心的整体运作,包括咨询,预订,理疗,产品销售,水疗休闲食品,健身项目和健身室。

 

1.       Supervise the team and improve their service to go beyond the guest expectation.

通过监督和改进以达到并超越客人对酒店的期望。

2.       Work on the sale of Health Club Membership, make the sale plan and achieve the target.

负责健身中心会员销售,制定并完成会员销售计划。

3.       Development good relationship with hotel guests and Health Club members, help them select proper gym instructor and work out the exercise plan.

发展与酒店客人、会员的良好的关系,为会员选择健身课教练并制定课程计划。

4.       Watch on the efficiency and profit of Health Club and Spa, find out the problem and report to the Director of Operations to discuss and settle the problems, provide related information to the senior management.

负责健身中心& Spa运营的效率和收益性,发现问题并与营运总监汇报讨论改进和 解决问题,并为管理层提供有关信息。

5.       Interview, train and evaluate the Health Club & Spa team.

负责健身中心& Spa员工的面试、培训和评估。

6.       Encourage and motivate team members to improve their working efficiency and positivity.

鼓励并激发员工,促使员工提高工作效率和积极性。

7.       Involve in and work on the maintenance plan of facilities, sign the maintenance contract with the supplied if necessary.

参与并制定设备的维护保养计划,必要时和设备供应商签订维保合同。

8.       Monitor the assumption of guest amenities to control the cost. 

控制和管理客用品的消耗,有效进行成本控制。

9.       To carry out regular inventories of operating equipment and take appropriate actions.

定期对营运设备进行盘点,并采取正确措施。

10.   Ensures that Hilton Brand Standards are met or exceeded at all times, in the spa and health club and in all areas designed for well-being activities.

确保任何时候在水疗中心、健身室以及酒店所有区域内员工自身行为需符合希尔顿酒店品牌标准或做得更好。

11.   To ensure that all shortfalls in terms of overall appearance, maintenance, hygiene and safety are addressed with the help of relevant departments if needed.

必要时确保相关部门协助解决整体外观,维修,卫生及安全等问题。

12.   To ensure that all products are ordered, stored and requisitioned according to the highest standards.  Potential shelf life of products must be taken into account.

确保所有物品的订购,储存,申领都是按照最高标准执行。保质期内的物品需记录在帐。

13.   To keep abreast of industry trends and competition and suggest new ways to consistently improve the operation.

了解行业趋势和竞争对手的最新情况,为改善经营提出新的意见。

14.   To work closely with Business Development for all current and future Business Strategies.

与市场发展部紧密合作,探讨现在的及将来的经营发展策略。

15.   To provide a monthly report for both Director of Operations and Director of Finance.

向营运总监和财务总监提供月度报表。

16.     Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。

17.     To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.

确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。

18.     The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
