Key Responsibilities:
1、Strategic Partnership: Forge and sustain high-level strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at leading international and domestic hotel groups.
2、Solution Delivery: Architect and oversee the execution of tailored, end-to-end digital marketing solutions, ensuring flawless implementation and client satisfaction.
3、P&L & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue expansion within the existing client portfolio by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, developing long-term operational roadmaps, and owning the execution strategy to meet or exceed transaction performance KPIs.
4、Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the Shanghai-based hotel group business team.

Job Requirements:
1、Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, either in-house within an international hotel group or agency-side providing digital services to such clients.
2、Proven track record as a core project lead in executing high-impact digital marketing initiatives for international hotel conglomerates.
3、Exceptional bilingual copywriting and communication skills (Chinese & English).
4、Demonstrated ability to lead business negotiations and deliver compelling project proposals fluently in English.
