JOB SUMMARY

1.       Theposition is accountable for developing new corporate accounts, maintainingexisting accounts and generating room nights revenue to contribute as part ofBusiness Travel Team in the following two areas: ERS and Group Corporate

职位需有能力发展新客户,维护现有客户并持续产生间夜及客房收入的能力。

 

CANDIDATEPROFILE 

Education andExperience

1       Ability to complete reports as required using appropriate computer andgood interpersonal skills.

良好的沟通能力并熟练使用电脑及完成所需报告

2       Exhibits competency in computer usage (Word, Excel, Power Point).

能熟练应用计算机办公自动化软件(Word,Excel,PPT)

3       The analytical skills

具有较强的分析能力

4       Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.

与各部门有效沟通和协调的能力。

5       Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and designatedhotel data.

有能力处理客人和酒店的机密信息

6       Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

具有良好的普通话和英文读写能力

7       Good general education, preferably Diploma/Degree graduates

具有大学本科学历

8       At least 1 year in similar position in the luxury hotel industry

在奢华品牌相类似职位至少一年经验

9       Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up.

有抓重点、组织工作和跟进的能力

10     Ability to promote positive relationships with guests and staff.

积极促进与客人及员工的良好关系的能力

11     Ability to perform job function with minimal supervision even underpressure.

即使承受压力,也要有监管的能力

12     Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of guests and hotel data.

确保酒店和客人的信息及数据的安全和保密

13     Ability to enforce hotel's quality procedures, etc.

有能力执行酒店的质量程序等

14     Ability to work independently without direct supervision or as a cohesiveteam.

在没有直接监督或具有凝聚力的团队的情况下有独立工作的能力

15     Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercisinggood judgment.

思路清晰,具有分析、解决问题,作出准确的判断的能力

16     Ability to input and access information into computer.

有能力获取信息,并能输入计算机

17     Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations.

在艰难的情况下能保持冷静和以礼相待

18     Ability to work long hours, 5-6 days a week

能长时间工作,每周5-6天

  1. Set up workstation with necessary supplies and resource materials; maintain cleanliness throughout shift.

  1. Handle inquiry call according to departmental procedure.

根据部门流程处理各类咨询

  1. Handle guest complaints by following instant pacification procedures ensuring guest satisfaction.

  1. Maintain high level of knowledge in reference to The Ritz-Carlton product.

  1. Meet solicitation and maintenance call requirements; make outside sales calls, handle all incoming inquiries.

  1. Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner, within two rings, using correct salutations and Ritz-Carlton telephone etiquette.

  1. Anticipate and respond to all customer needs within a timely manner, acknowledge all customers, however busy and whatever time of day.

  1. Follow-up with in-house guest to ensure on-going service to the guest.

跟进入店客人,以确保客人获得持续良好的服务

  1. Plan and prepare appointments for sales trips, follow-up in a timely manner.

  1. Attend designated trade show.

  1. Attend departmental and hotel meetings as required.

  1. Entertain customer in all outlets as necessary.

  1. Successfully complete the training/certification process for position.

  1. Process paperwork to clients, other departments, etc., within a timely manner.  Complete all assigned paperwork within a timely manner.

  1. Follow-up with group after department with Meeting Planning Survey.

  1. Always book "smart" in respect to patterns.

  1. Administer staff performance reviews on a timely basis.
