JOB SUMMARY

Represent the hotel within the designated market.  Meet goals in room nights and revenue as set by supervisors.  Oversee efforts of all group and ERS managers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education, Experience and skills

·           College degree.

大学学位。

·           Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and hotel staff to their understanding.

用英语与客人和酒店工作人员有效沟通。

·           Familiarity with Sales/Marketing tools.

熟悉销售/营销工具。

·           4+ years experience as an Associate Director of Sales/Marketing, preferably at a 5-Star hotel

4 年及以上作为市场营销助理总监的经验,最好在5星级酒店任职。

·           Computer literate.

熟练使用计算机。

·           Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments; delegate responsibilities.

有抓重点,组织、分配工作的能力。

·           Ability to promote positive relationships with guests and staff.

·           Ability to enforce hotel's quality standards, procedures, etc.

·           Ability to direct performance of departmental staff and follow-up with corrections where needed.

·           Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of guests and hotel data.

·           Ability to lead a cohesive team to perform job functions independently with minimal supervision.

·           Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.

·           Ability to focus attention on details.

    1)        Design and work within market plan

    7)        Process paperwork to other departments in a timely manner

    8)        Entertain clients in all outlets

    9)        Promote all other Ritz-Carlton Hotels

  10)        Maintain good relationships with counterparts at competing hotels

  11)        Make outside sales calls

外出拜访客户

  12)        Prepare appointments for sales trips and do follow up in a timely manner

  13)        Maintain file base

维护文档的保存

  14)        Follow up with groups after departure with Meeting Planner Survey

  15)        Attend designated trade shows

  16)        Maintain high level of knowledge in reference to product and competition
