JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to assist the Director of F&B in the management of all aspects of the Food andBeverage functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective managers and staff. Assists and supports all Food & Beverage outlets for Managementand Leadershipassistance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Full-time college or above or equivalent. 全日制大学专科以上或同等学历。
At least 5 years working experience in the same position 5 年以上同等职位工作经验

Ability to ensure hotel’s standards, policies and procedures with food & beverage management and staff.能够确保餐饮部管理层和员工遵守酒店的标准,规章制度和程序。

Maintain effective communication on the activities of the department with Director of F&B and all concerned departments in order to provide the best personal service to the guest

Assist and direct the functions of operations, administration and planning of Food & Beverage Departments to meet the daily needs of the operation. Insures decisions are made that correspondwith established hotel policies.

Assist the Director of F&B with reports, forecasts, budgets, policies and future planning. Recommend to management changes or innovations in policies, procedures and equipment.

Establish policies and processes with management for the operation of all food & beverage-relatedareas to achieve productive and profitable results.

Assist to establish and achieve objectives and desired standards in guest satisfaction, customer service, food, sanitation, creativity and promotions.

Maintains complete knowledge of all food & beverage products used within the division, all operation equipment, daily house counts, arrivals / departures, VIPs, scheduled in- house group activities, locations and times, correct maintenance anduse of equipment, all department policies / service procedures.

Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness. Instruct designated personnel to rectify any cleanliness / organization deficiencies

Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive guest relations at all times.

Be familiar with all hotel services / features and local attractions / activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.
