【岗位职责】
•Be responsible for maintenance and repair works on a wide range of electrical equipment ensuring the on-going safe and efficient running of the hotel. 
负责维修各种电气设备，确保酒店持续安全高效的运行。
•Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs for designated building, facilities, and equipment, ensuring technical operations are in proper running order. 
对指定的建筑物，设施和设备进行定期维护和维修，确保技术设备正常运行。
•Assist with all emergency services, e.g. fire alarms, lighting, batteries, and standby power requirements, inclusive of generators. 
协助所有紧急服务，例如火警，照明，电池和待机电源要求，包括发电机。
•Handle the maintenance of all M&E and HVAC equipment within the hotel with special emphasis on health safety. 
在处理酒店内所有工程维修和高压交流电设备的维护，特别注意健康安全。
•Assemble and install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. 
组装和安装电线，固定装置和设备。
•Install audio-visual equipment in Guest Rooms or Function rooms along with microphone and lighting systems as requested. 
在客房或多功能厅内安装影音设备以及麦克风和照明系统。
•Repair circuit breakers, replacing old switches, tracking down electrical shorts, and ensuring the electrical systems of the building are working safely.
修理断路器，更换旧开关，跟踪电气短路并确保建筑物的电气系统安全工作。
•Work closely with Housekeeping and Guest Services department to ensure that rooms are unblocked after maintenance work has been carried out. 
与客房部和宾客服务部紧密合作，确保在进行维修工作后，房间不再锁定。
•Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
监控工程运营物资，减少损坏和浪费。
•Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to managers.
以礼貌有效的方式处理客人问询事宜，向管理人员报告客人投诉或问题。
•Attend to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. 
负责所有系统和相关设备的维修和保养，包括采暖，通风和空调及制冷设备。
•Review daily log book, rectify or follow up on all items left unsolved from any previous shifts. 
查看每日工作交接记录，改正或跟进之前所有班次遗留的未解决项目。
•Ensure water treatment systems pertaining to the HVAC system are operating and maintained. 
确保与HVAC系统相关的水处理系统的运行情况和维护情况。
•Be able to identify and analyzing the leakage. 
能够识别和分析泄漏问题。
•Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains. 
修复诸如堵塞排水管之类的轻微管道问题。
•Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings. 
能够组装管段，管道和管件。

【岗位要求】
•More than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
2年以上同岗位工作经验。
•In good health and able to endure hard work.
身体健康,能吃耐劳。
•Strong communication and coordination skills, possessing excellent team qualities, and being meticulous and conscientious in work.
沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,工作细心认真。
