【岗位职责】
•Prepare the annual security and engineering budgets and CAPEX plan in close cooperation with the General Manager, as according to the operational requirements of the property.
与总经理一同根据运营需求制定年度安保及工程部预算及资本支出计划 。
•Negotiate the terms of all maintenance contracts with the assistance of Director of Finance;  Responsible for the budgeting and financial planning of the engineering department in conjunction with the Engineering manager.
在财务部总监的协助下负责所有维保合同的条款的洽谈；与工程部经理一同负责工程部的预算和财务计划。
•Implement measures in accordance with the financial plan to save energy without compromising guest comfort and safety.
根据财务计划采取各项措施，在不影响客人舒适度和安全的情况下实施节能。
•Lead the Engineering and Security functions to ensure adherence to applicable laws by meeting with government and insurance inspectors, and performing follow-up as required.
领导工程和安保部门，与政府部门沟通，并按照要求进行后续工作，以确保遵守适用的法律。
•Review and update on a regular basis with written procedures for handling any emergency that would require partial or complete evacuation of the hotel such as fire, armed robbery, severe injuries, power failure, or bomb threats.
处理任何紧急事件需要部分或者整体疏散时 ，如 ：火灾 ，持刀抢劫 ，重伤 ，停电或者炸弹威胁， 定期回顾并更新书面程。
•Develop, maintain and update all emergency / fire procedures and preventive safety / security programs. Ensure that all employees are fully conversant with all the above.
发展，保持并更新所有紧急事件／火灾程序及防范安全／安保项目。确保所有员工对上述完全熟悉。
•Inspect with the Engineering Manager, Housekeeping Manager and Restaurant Manager on monthly basis, the entire building with particular attention to defective or deficient life safety features and to observe closely the condition of all operating equipment. Specific attention must be given to areas of difficult access. 
至少每月一次与工程部经理、客房部经理及餐厅经理一同对整个酒店进行检查，对有缺陷的生命安全特征需要特别注意，紧密观察所有运营设备状况。对不宜进入的区域需要特别关注。
•Ensure that all security requests and all potential and real hazards are communicated  checked, taken  care of immediately and followed up.
确保所有安全需求及潜在的和真实的危害得到沟通及检查，并立即采取行动跟进 。
•Ensure the functions of all alarm systems and firefighting equipments. Conduct a full evacuation/fire alarm checking as per the local legislation.
确保所有报警系统及消防设备正常工作 。根据当地法规进行完整的消防演习 ／火灾报警器检查。
•Implement a comprehensive elevator emergency procedure together with the Engineering Manager and initiate staff training on emergency release procedures with the elevator manufacturer's agent. 
与工程部经理共同完成一个完整电梯应急程序，与电梯制造商一起进行员工急救程序培训 。
•Ensure that there is a complete scheduled maintenance time for each equipment, including elevators, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, automatic control systems, etc., and integrate these maintenance plans into a complete maintenance plan.
确保每个设备有完整的计划维保时间，还包括电梯、制冷机、锅炉、冷却塔、泵、自控系统等，把这些维保计划综合为完整的维保计划。
布置健康安全的能源控制及管理措施的实施。
•Keep up-to-date records of various inspection documents, such as (but not limited to) : electrical tests, fire systems, etc. Assist Human Resources Manager in planning fire/health/safety training for employees.
保持更新的各种检查证件的记录，比如（但并不局限于）：电的测试，消防系统等。协助人力资源经理计划对员工防火/健康/安全方面的培训。
•Complete daily reports and maintain effective records and files.
完成日常报表，保持有效的记录档案。
•Liaise with fire department, power department, water department, urban management department and epidemic prevention department to ensure that all requirements are documented and have some supportive suggestions as needed.
保持与消防部门，供电部门，供水部门，城管和防疫部门等联系，确保所有要求备案，一旦需要，并应有一些具有支持性的建议。
•Regularly review all maintenance contracts to determine if they are in the best interest of the hotel.
定期检查所有维保合同的条款等以确定是否对酒店最有利。
•Maintain daily e-logbook, including pertinent information from the shift and report all incidents, problems, and unusual circumstances to the General Manager for comments and follow-up.
建立每日电子交接本，包括在班次中的相关信息并将发生的事故/事件，问题及不正常情况汇报至总经理跟进。
•Ensure that the property, its systems and the operational procedures comply with all the prevailing local and national codes, notifying the General Manager of areas of non-compliance, if any. 
确保酒店系统及营运程序遵循所有本地及国家法规，若发现任何没有遵循的领域，需通知总经理。

【岗位要求】
•Have professional knowledge related to security and engineering, and at least 5 years of working experience in the same position.
有安保及工程部相关专业知识，5年及以上同岗位工作经验。
•Possess a certain level of foreign language proficiency, be energetic, have a certain ability to withstand pressure, have a clear mind, be quick-witted, have the ability to organize language, and be good at expressing oneself. 
掌握一定外语水平，精力充沛，有一定抗压能力，头脑清醒，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力，善表达。
•Abundant management experience.
