【岗位职责】
•Assisting Head of Human Resources to manage the Human Resources Department on a daily basis and ensure the implementation of the company’s people philosophy throughout the hotel.
协助人力资源部总监管理人力资源部的日常工作和公司人才理念的实施。
•Be responsible for hotel recruitment to ensure effective recruitment and selection as according to Group & Hotel policy.
负责酒店招聘,确保有效的招聘并按照集团和酒店的规定挑选人员。
•Develop and implement recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions.
制定和实施招聘和筛选系统和程序,为空缺职位吸引合格的候选者。
•Regularly analyse hotel manpower requirements; recommend and develop selection means and related activities to meet those requirements.
定期分析酒店人力需求,并推荐选择和开发活动,以满足这些要求。
•Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover, then submit the turnover report to Head of Human Resources every month.
负责离职面谈并为离职报告提供离职原因反馈,每月向人力资源部总监提交离职分析报告。
•Handle new employee entry and exit procedures.
负责办理员工入职和离职手续。
•Handle annual health certificate and temporary residence certificate.
负责办理员工年度健康证和暂住证。
•Be responsible for expatriate employee’s physical checking, working visa and related certificates.
负责办理酒店外聘人员入职体检及就业证等相关证件。
•Assist Head of Human Resource to handle daily personnel affairs; formulate and update rules and regulations; design HR forms, documents and processes based on the company standards.
协助人力资源部总监处理日常人事相关事务,并根据集团和酒店标准制定、更新员工规则和设计人事表格、文件和流程。
•Liaise with individuals outside the hotel including lawyers, applicants, colleges and universities, competitors and other members of the local community.
与酒店外部人员联系,包括律师、申请人、学院和大学、竞争对手和当地社区的其他成员。
•Assist to manage Human Resource Department, ensuring compliance with all group and hotel policies as well as local regulations, and any current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
协助管理人力资源部,确保遵守所有公司、地区和酒店的政策和程序;以及当前地方和政府关于就业的相关规定。
•Assist Head of Human Resources, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Goals Programme.

•Maintain effective communications among all levels of management and employees.
维护各级管理层和员工之间的有效沟通。
•Assist in training activities. Create a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for an open and two-way communication that ensures morale and productivity are reaching the highest possible levels.
协助主要培训,并在酒店内创造一个积极的氛围,允许开放的双向沟通,确保士气和生产率达到更高水平。
•Check and provide input on monthly attendance record of all employees and payroll processing;
负责月度员工考勤管理及薪资核算等。
•Be responsible for managing employees’ social insurance and housing fund, employees' records management and employee retirement, etc.
负责所有员工的五险一金,及员工退休等工作。
•Counsel hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, learning and development, employee relations and legal issues related to HR.
在职业规划、培训与发展、员工个人关系和与人事有关的法律问题等方面,根据需要对酒店人员进行建议。
•Deal with all problems relating to individuals with an understanding, caring and confidential manner.
以理解、关心和保密的方式处理与员工有关的所有问题。
•Monitor present and future trends on various practices and systems in HR field and make recommendations as appropriate.
监督人事领域的现状和未来趋势、做法和制度,并相应的提出建议。
•Coach, counsel and manage employees by providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
训练,劝诫和管理人员,提供建设性的反馈意见,以提高绩效。
•Communicate with employees regularly and maintain good relationships.
定期与员工沟通,保持良好关系。
•Arrange training in relation to hotel policy and employee benefit on a timely basis.
及时安排酒店政策和员工福利的培训。
•Manage and update personal document filling.
管理和更新员工人事档案。
•Be familiarize and implement local HR policies and procedures.
熟悉并执行当地人力资源政策和程序。
【岗位要求】
•Have at least 3 years of working experience in the same position.
有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。
•Be familiar with the labor laws and regulations as well as relevant policies of the country and region.
熟知国家、地区劳动法律法规及相关政策。
•Have good communication and coordination skills.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
•Have strong comprehensive writing ability and oral expression skills.
具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
•Be proficient in operating computers.
能熟练操作计算机。
