【岗位职责】
•Assume full charge of building maintenance, guest room and public area rehabilitation and all back of house areas.
全权负责大厦、客房、公共区域和酒店后区的维护和翻修。
•Assume overall responsibility for the perfect functional condition of all alarm systems and fire prevention as well as firefighting equipment.
全面负责所有报警系统和防火等消防设施设备保持的优质功能状态。
•Keep a record of all as-built prints, dimensions of all furniture and fixtures etc.
保留所有竣工验收文件，家具和装修的尺寸等。
•Assist General Manager and Director of Facility Management in the preparation of Capital Expenditure Plan
协助总经理及设备管理总监准备资本支出计划。
•Prepare the Annual Engineering budget in close co-operation with Director of Finance, Director of Facility Management and General Manager.
与财务部总监、设备管理总监和总经理一同制定工程部年度预算。
•Inspect, at least twice a month, the entire building with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety features and observe closely the condition of all operating equipment. Specific attention must be placed on areas of difficult access.
每月至少两次检查整个大厦，注意有缺陷或者对生命安全隐患的设备，并密切观察所有操作设备的状况。特别注意那些难以进入的地方。
•Attend weekly walkthroughs with Rooms and F&B teams and follow up with correcting deficiencies timely; keep records of maintenance requests and repairs.
与宾客服务，客房和餐饮队伍每周进行区域检查，及时跟踪纠正缺陷; 保留维修要求和维修记录。
•Supervise maintenance of gardens and grounds, including road surfaces.
监督花园和场地的维护，包括路面。
•Implement a comprehensive elevator maintenance program and emergency procedures.
实施全面的电梯维护计划和应急程序。
•Work closely with Director of Facility Management in preparation and implementation of an Emergency Response Plan and the operation and maintenance of all life safety and security systems.
与设备管理总监密切合作，准备和执行应急计划和所有生命安全和安全系统的运行和维护。
•Control and monitor closely all utility consumption and ensure optimum energy usage by all departments in the hotel. 
密切控制和监控所有公用设施的使用，并确保酒店各部门合理地使用能源。
•Chair the Hotel Energy Committee.

•Maintain a comprehensive library of manuals and parts lists of all operational equipment, as well as a complete set of up-to-date drawings of all areas and systems.
维护所有操作设备的全面手册和零件清单，以及一套完整的更新的所有领域和系统图纸。
•Establish a well-organized Engineering Store and keep close control on consumption of material, stores and inventory control. Take inventory on a monthly basis.
建立一个良好有序的工程库房，并紧密保持对材料、储藏和库存管理的控制，并每月盘点。
•Review and approve all invoices and Purchase Requests involving Technical Services and Installations, machinery, parts, Audio Visual Equipment etc.
检查和批准所有涉及技术服务和安装、机器、零件、音频视觉设备的发票和采购申请。
•Reviews on a regular basis the Engineering budget and verifies cost and where necessary re-negotiates prices to obtain a cost-effective solution.
定期检验工程预算并验证成本，在必要时重新协商价格获得划算的解决方案。

【岗位要求】
•Have professional knowledge related to engineering, and at least 5 years of working experience in the same position.
有工程部相关专业知识，5年及以上同岗位工作经验。
•Be energetic, have a certain ability to withstand pressure, have a clear mind, be quick-witted, have the ability to organize language, and be good at expressing oneself. 
精力充沛，有一定抗压能力，头脑清醒，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力，善表达。
•Abundant management experience.
