key responsibilities
 We are looking for a dynamic individual able to work within the citizenConnect team, taking care of our guests and hotels. Your key responsibility will be to enhance the guest experience both pre-stay and post-stay, ensuring the citizenM values are infused in the guest journey. One of your key focus areas will be to troubleshoot, escalate, and report technical issues and support with workarounds as well as long term solutions for our guests and hotels.
main tasks
●     relationship management; communicating with guests via social media channels, whatsapp, online chat, email and phone and measure results and effectivity
●     update, confirm and change guest’s reservations (training will be provided)
●     escalate guest technology issues to the IT team if necessary
●     support your colleagues with technical questions/problems to find solutions
●     monitor technology dashboard and proactively escalate issues to resolve them before escalating guest experience
●     answer to reported technology problems/questions via the internal communication platforms
●     troubleshoot reported technical problems escalate them via email/phone
●     updating and creating new technical workflows
●     weekly reporting on reported issues to citizenConnect team leader
 
qualifications / skills
●     ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environments
●     people skills showing the ability to surprise, connect, touch and be real
●     attention for detail
●     self starter who shows initiative
●     passionate about hospitality
●     identify with the citizenM brand
●     have a passion for achieving results flexible, being able to work evenings, weekend or nights if required
●     speak and write fluent in English
●     you identify with the citizenM brand and have a passion for achieving results and enhancing the internal and external guest experience hand in hand
●     with knowledge on IT service management is preferred
●     passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and solving problems
