成本经理的基本职责是确保顺利有效的成本控制，储物和接收，并协助管理层保持食物，饮料和其他供应商成本的最小化。
1、管理收货文员；
2、管理收货及库存；
3、确保正确记录收到的存货，发出，退回和调拨，及其合理授权；
4、引入严谨的成本管理措施及库房管理措施；
5、执行成本核算，并对食物和餐饮的零售价格提出建议。
岗位要求：
1、具备成本控制知识；
2、具备办公软件技能；
3、诚信正直；
4、大学会计和管理方面的学位；
5、有财务管理经验；
6、至少两年酒店成本部工作经验；
7、具有会计资格。
