岗位职责：

•Familiarize yourself with the contents of the menu and drink list, and can explain it to the guests in detail. 
熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容，并可以向客人做出详细解释。
•Familiarize yourself with the food on the buffet table.
熟悉自助餐台上的食品。
•Respond positively to guest complaints and suggestions and give feedback to the restaurant manager with the necessary information.
以积极的态度处理客人的投诉及建议，并把必要的信息反馈给餐厅经理。
•In the service time with a positive attitude, efficient and accurate positioning and to meet customer requirements and needs.
在服务时间内以积极的态度，高效、准确的定位及满足客人要求及需要。
•Proactively serve guests, meet any reasonable requirements of guests, and train staff to anticipate guests' needs.
积极主动的为客人服务，满足客人任何合理要求，并且培训员工能够预见客人的需求。
•Ensure that all standards in the Customer Service Guide, Standard Service Manual are consistently and effectively implemented throughout the department.
确保在对客服务指南，标准服务手册中的所有标准都能够在整个部门持续有效的贯彻。
•Service standards can be clearly explained to other employees.
可以清楚的向其他员工解释服务标准。
•Ability to evaluate the performance of other employees against service standards.
能够按照服务标准评估其他员工的工作表现。

确保日常部门的培训能够按照服务标准进行。

岗位要求：
1.至少有2-3个不同模块餐厅工作经验；
2.江浙沪区域度假型酒店工作经验优先；
3.希尔顿集团工作经验优先；
