§ Monitorall hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, andfederal laws and company policies and standards.
确保所有的雇用和招聘程序符合当地的法律法规及公司的标准和程序。
§ AssistDepartment Heads in maintaining current knowledge and understanding ofcontemporary Human Resource Issues. 
协助各部门经理保存并理解当前的人力资源政策。
§ Establishthe recruitment system and ensure the daily recruitment normal process. 
建立酒店人力资源招聘的日常工作体系并执行保证招聘工作的正常开展。
§ Ensurethe recruited staff up to the hotel standard and brand standard.
确保招聘人员符合酒店及品牌标准。
§ Assistsin the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource team members with theappropriate skills, as needed. 
根据需要面试和聘用本部门成员。
§ Establishesand maintains contact with external recruitment sources, (e.g., job service,local colleges, recruiting agencies, and community based organizations).  
建立和保持外界的招聘资源，保持合作关系（如国家人力资源服务中心，本地院校，招聘中介以及社区组织）。
§ Attendsjob fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance withHuman Resource Standard Operating Procedures. 
参加现场招聘会并且确保对外资料文件符合标准。
§ Networkswith local organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and peers) to sourcecandidates for current or future opening
保持与当地机构的社交联网（如饭店协会和同行），为现在或将来准备更多地人才资源。
§ Oversees/monitorscandidate identification and selection process:  
监督/督导面试者的资格和人才筛选流程。
§ Providessubject matter expertise to property managers regarding selection procedures.
为部门经理提供符合品牌标准甄选流程专业知识。
§ Partnerswith vendor partners to ensure effective advertisement efforts are beingutilized for open positions in appropriate venues to attract a diversecandidate pool. 
与合作单位一起确保开放职位的对外宣传效果，能够吸引不同的应聘者。
§ Performsquality control on vendor partner’s performance regarding applicant sourcingand selection.  
根据简历的来源和选择对合作单位进行质量控制。
§ Employee’s Probation & Contract
员工的试用期和合同
-            Send renew contract memo & list 2 monthsadvance. 
提前两个月将合同到期人员名单发出
-            Send pass probation memo & list 1 monthadvance. 
提前一个月将试用期到期人员名单发出；
-            Collect & push the Status Change Form for renewcontract or pass probation. 
跟进上述两种名单人员的执行情况；
§ Keeps records of the expired dates of EmployeeLabor Contracts.  
关注员工劳动合同的失效期。
§ Trace all staff contracts for expire and renewaldates monthly and follow established procedures.  
每月按照合同续签程序准备员工名单。
§ Lists the names of staffs whose contracts will beexpired and informs the employee and department concerned 40 days in advance. 
在员工劳动合同将失效前40天通知本人及所在部门。
§ After due process submit contracts for GM’s signature before asking employees to sign.  
在让员工签订合同之前首先要有总经理的签字。
§ Follows up with the Employee and Departmentconcerned for the renewal of the contract. 
跟进劳动合同的续签事宜。
§ The updated information should be keyed in to thecomputer monthly.  
每月在电脑系统进行合同续签更新。
§ Ensure that all signed contracts are registeredwith concerned government agencies.  
确保所有合同经过政府部门公证。
§ Update staff’s personal information monthly in HRsystem, such as changes in Department, level, salary & position. 
利用人事系统录对员工个人资料进行定期变更，例如部门、级别、工资和职位等。
§ Sets up and maintains candidates’ database by departments with specification onTrace, K.I.V, and rejected etc.  
建立并保持应聘人才库，并分部门标出跟踪，暂入人才库和淘汰等状态。
