【岗位职责】

1、具体实施对大堂吧的日常营运管理工作。

2、每日参与并检查、指导大堂吧工作执行情况，及时发现问题、处理问题并做好记录。

3、负责部门新员工培训和员工的在岗培训工作，确保员工的素质、技能符合岗位要求。

4、负责作业前菜单或工作单的查看，主动了解每位客人对服务和出品的特殊要求，并及时将信息传达给服务人员和出品部门。

5、与餐饮部其他部门的有效协调和沟通，出色完成各项接待任务。

6、负责检查大堂吧员工个人、区域环境等卫生及员工操作安全状况，贯彻执行饮食卫生制度，确保部门各项卫生及安全措施的实施。

【岗位要求】

1、1年及以上餐饮部工作经验。

2、掌握有关于食品，酒水，运营各个方面的知识以及实践工作能力。

3、熟练运用各类办公软件和餐饮相关操作系统，具有较好的英语、普通话的口语及书面表达能力。
