【岗位职责】
- 全面负责中厨房的日常运营管理，包括菜单设计、菜品研发、成本控制及厨房团队管理；
- 制定并执行中餐厨房的标准化操作流程，确保菜品质量、口味及呈现符合酒店高标准要求；
- 监督食材采购、库存管理及成本核算，优化厨房运营效率，降低损耗；
- 培训并指导厨房团队，提高厨师专业技能及服务意识，确保团队高效协作；
- 配合酒店完成各类宴会、主题活动及VIP接待的菜品设计与执行；
- 确保厨房卫生、安全及设备维护符合相关规范。
【岗位要求】
1.具备丰富的中餐烹饪经验，擅长菜品创新与融合；
2.具备出色的团队管理能力，能有效调动员工积极性，处理突发问题；
3.对食材品质、成本控制及厨房运营有敏锐的洞察力和实操经验；
4.具备高端餐厅或在国际品牌酒店酒店担任中餐行政总厨的工作背景。
