岗位职责：

1、Responsible for communicating details of cooperation with customers, understanding customer needs, planning guests during the trip

2、Responsible for the guests arrival and departure relevant procedures for handling.

3、Responsible for the communication and coordination with relevant departments of the hotel to ensure the smooth progress of the work.

1.负责与客户沟通合作细节，了解客户需求，计划客人在店期间行程。

2.负责客人入店、离店时的相关手续办理。

3.负责与酒店相关部门的沟通与协调，确保工作的顺利开展。

岗位要求：

1、Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management/Business Administration or equivalent.

2、Job experience:1 years' experience in managing sales,dealing with corporate clients planning;experience of Club Med is plus

3、Skill requested:Team management skill,able to empower others,act in line with the Group and BU strategy,anticipating,client oriented,argumentative skills,organnization skills.

4、Technical skills:Word,Excel,PowerPoint

5、Languages:English,Mandarin/Cantonese

1.大专以上学历，酒店管理、工商管理及相关专业优先。

2.有1年销售、客户关系、活动策划经验优先。

3.有良好的团队协作、组织沟通和谈判能力。

4.能够熟练操作电脑办公软件。

5.良好的英文能力，普通话标准。
