·        Assist to analyse training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs.                                                                                                                                                                    帮助从整体和各个部门的角度分析酒店的培训需求,并发展表明有培训需求的培训策略。

·        Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved  监控 各个部门的与营业相关的培训计划的工作进度,保证达到培训目的。

·        Maintains all hotel training records保持酒店所有的培训记录

·        Assist to establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development                                                                                                             帮助建立一个含有书籍,电视,定期刊物和声频系统的图书馆,以便更好地完成培训及使员工个人得到发展

·        Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective                                                                                                                                         根据具体部门需要,与部门领导设计/制作/实施培训项目,保证培训会议计划的建立和培训的有效性

·        Attend departmental training session and critique performance

        参加部门培训会议,并对培训的结果提出意见

·        Use IHG benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly. Eg: ESPS, GSTS, etc

运用洲际酒店管理集团基准来监控培训项目使其成功并依此修正工作情况。例如员工满意度调查,客人满意度调查等

·        Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly

帮助各部门的培训者准备和监控部门培训,从而进行评估

·        Prepare and monitor training programs for:

为以下的(被培训员工)准备和引导培训程序:

× Management Trainees   管理层的被培训员工

× Work Experience    工作经验(培训)

× Hotel School Trainees, etc  来自酒店学校的新员工,等

·        Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training

·        Ensure that Department Heads abide by their responsibilities of associate training against departmental S&Ps

·        Liaise with other IHG Training Managers to share experiences and resources                                                                 与洲际酒店管理集团的其他培训管理人员分享经验及资源

·        Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses                                                                  与开设饭店与培训课程的教育机构联系

·        Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials                                                       保持从培训资源供应者处获得当前的培训信息和记录

·        Delivers briefings of all internal programmes to executive management and department heads                                     递送内部所有(培训)项目的简要记录给行政管理者和部门领导

Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities  职业健康和安全职责

·        Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines 了解《职业健康与安全职责》的政策及程序,并保证所有的程序都确实地按照《职业健康与安全职责》运行着。

·        Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures                                                                                                                                                    知道自己的职责,并严格执行职业的,健康和安全立法,政策和程序。

·        Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly   熟悉财物保管,急救,火警和紧急突发事故处理程序,安全熟练的操作设备/器材

·        Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers对危险情况作出最初步的反应,并通知管理者潜在的危险。

·        Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements  按照酒店要求实事求是地填写安全事故日志
