工作描述Job Description


1、部门目标及策略Department Goal and strategy


• 制定和完成部门预期目标。

 Maintain departmental goals.

• 负责制定和实施提高部门运作效率和对客服务质量的策略。

Develop and implement programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and which improve the service to our guests.

• 遵守部门预算,时刻注意常额人员编制和成本控制。

 Be able to work according to budget, keep constant eye on staffing level and control costs.


2、培训及员工管理 Training and Staff Management


• 负责制定、更新和实施标准操作程序和当地标准操作程序。

Ensure that SOP’s and LSOP’s are available, current and in effect.

• 实施有效全面的培训计划,确保所有员工接受良好的培训和再培训。并作培训纪录。

Ensure that an effective and complete training program is in use and that all associates are well trained and re-trained, as needed. training records are kept.

• 合理安排加班,发现问题,及时处理。

Control overtime through good management and immediate response to problems.

• 实施有效的新员工培训计划。

 Implementation of an effective New Hire Training Program

• 负责本部门主管和员工工作业绩的评估、考核。

Provide up to date performance reviews of all supervisors and associates.

• 每月举行部门会议,会后分发会议纪录。、

 Ensure that productive and effective monthly department meetings are held and meeting minutes are published and directed.


3、品牌与质量 Brand and Quality


• 定期进行品牌标准自我评估。

Perform a Brand Standard Self Audit on regular basis.


4、日常工作  Daily Working


在管理公司市场销售总监的监督下,履行酒店赋予的职责。

To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by the Director of Sales & Marketing. 

协助管理公司市场销售总监监督整个部门的运作。

To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the sales department’s functioned.

清楚地了解酒店目标和销售目标的设置。

To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set.

协助准备年度预算和市场规划。

 To provide input and assist in the formulation and preparation of annual budget and marketing plan.

指导和评估当下销售市场的走势。

 Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.

监督,指导销售团队确保其完成酒店营销目标。

To supervise, drive and monitor sales activities of the Sales Teams to ensure that they meet the goals of the hotel and marketing plan.

协助有效销售工作的进行,确保对于潜在客户的全面覆盖,跟进的高效实行。

Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads.

代表销售团队进行销售区域的划分,销售旅行的安排,如有新的潜在市场须向市场销售总监报告。

 Plans and executes sales coverage area/territory and sales trips on behalf of the Sales Team to major market areas, and report to Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential market areas that should be covered

确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。

To review and ensure upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).

向管理公司市场销售总监提交每周和每月报表。

To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales & marketing.

确保销售人员按相关政策和规定及时回复客户需求。                         To ensure the Sales Teams responds to all correspondence and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure

确保对于竞争者动向的时时关注。制定完整的有关竞争者价格,促销活动,入住率和销售策略的调查报告并每月更新。
 Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities at all times. Updates on monthly basis, a full competitors’ survey on rates, promotions, and occupancy and sales strategies.

协助及协调部门内部对于主要客户来访的接待工作。

Assist and coordinate with Sales Team in the execution of familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major clients.

指导销售团队合同的拟定。

To guide the Sales Team in contract negotiation.

安排每日走访的客户,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务    To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.

提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。

To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary

与所有具有影响力的大客户见面,了解他们的需求,了解会议前后客户的需要,并与相关部门沟通反馈给客户

Meets with all influential clients and ensures that pre and post conference meetings are conducted by the Director of Catering to provide effective communications and feedback in regard to client needs.

与潜在客人保持良好的关系以期将来为酒店带来更多业务

Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel.

每周例行召开销售会议以检验和评估酒店业绩,销售策略及市场细分策略,使酒店的经营利润达到最大化

Participate in weekly sales and revenue meeting to review and evaluate on hotel performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies methods to increase business for the hotel with maximum results.

主持每天与销售人员的沟通会,检验每日工作的开展,跟进及数据共享 

Conduct daily communication meeting with the entire sales, catering to review on daily activities, job follow ups and information dissemination purposes.

与酒店各部门员工及所有客户保持良好的相互沟通和合作关系

Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.

与所有员工保持良好的关系

Maintain good relationship with all clients.

以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈 

Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.

向客人提供最精确最更新的信息

Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times


5、其他工作Others


按时无误提交报告。

Ensure that all reports are prepared correctly and on time.

每周参加酒店和上级主管部门召开的工作会议。

Conduct regular Rap Sessions with Managers & Supervisors
