Ensure that an effective and complete training program is in use and that all associates are well trained and re-trained, as needed. training records are kept.
Control overtime through good management and immediate response to problems.
Implementation of an effective New Hire Training Program
Provide up to date performance reviews of all supervisors and associates.
Ensure that productive and effective monthly department meetings are held and meeting minutes are published and directed.

Perform a Brand Standard Self Audit on regular basis.

To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the sales department’s functioned.
To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set.
To provide input and assist in the formulation and preparation of annual budget and marketing plan.
Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
To supervise, drive and monitor sales activities of the Sales Teams to ensure that they meet the goals of the hotel and marketing plan.
Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads.
Plans and executes sales coverage area/territory and sales trips on behalf of the Sales Team to major market areas, and report to Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential market areas that should be covered
To review and ensure upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales & marketing.
确保销售人员按相关政策和规定及时回复客户需求。 To ensure the Sales Teams responds to all correspondence and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure
Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities at all times. Updates on monthly basis, a full competitors’ survey on rates, promotions, and occupancy and sales strategies.
Assist and coordinate with Sales Team in the execution of familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major clients.
To guide the Sales Team in contract negotiation.

To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary
Meets with all influential clients and ensures that pre and post conference meetings are conducted by the Director of Catering to provide effective communications and feedback in regard to client needs.
Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel.
Participate in weekly sales and revenue meeting to review and evaluate on hotel performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies methods to increase business for the hotel with maximum results.
Conduct daily communication meeting with the entire sales, catering to review on daily activities, job follow ups and information dissemination purposes.
Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.
Maintain good relationship with all clients.
Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times
Ensure that all reports are prepared correctly and on time.
Conduct regular Rap Sessions with Managers & Supervisors
