1. 在楼层主管的直接管理下，客房服务员负责供应品和客房，公共区域，设备的清洁，有序和充足。该职位也负责向来自内部和外部的询问提供完整精确的信息并协助创造一个良好的符合服务标准的公众形象。
Under the direct supervision of the Floor Supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness and adequacy of supplies and amenities in the guestrooms, public areas, work area and equipment. Immediately reports loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to concerned areas for action. Follows through on action, as may be needed. Transfers furniture and fixture when and where needed.

Rearranges furniture layout upon instruction from Service Manager/Supervisor or representative.

On a daily basis, checks light fixtures of assigned guest rooms for cleanliness and condition. Cleans walls, mirrors, lighting according to cleanliness and hygiene standards and procedures.

Cleans and scrubs sinks, toilet bowls, urinals and properly observes cleanliness/hygiene standards.
7. 使用合格的化学制品并按照卫生规程将公共卫生间和员工更衣室地面拖干净。
