概述 SCOPE

执行市场销售总监/市场传讯经理指导的艺术设计及社交媒体宣传推广工作。

Implement graphic design and social media initiatives directed by Director of Sales & Marketing/ Marketing Communications Manager.

主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 依照品牌标准负责酒店所有客用品、销售印刷品以及其它视觉效果的艺术设计。

In charge of hotel guest collaterals, sales collaterals and other visual design according to brand standard.

2. 协助总经理/市场销售总监进行酒店广告及所有推广活动的视觉资料设计。

Assist General Manager/Director of Sales & Marketing on hotel advertisement design and all promotion design.

3. 必要时进行酒店各项拍照工作。

Take hotel photo shooting as required.

4. 必要时在预算范围内协调酒店的拍摄工作。

Coordinate hotel photography shoots/talent where required, within budget.

5. 协调酒店品牌规范宣传资料。

Coordinate hotel and brand standards collateral.

6. 协助品牌规范工作。

Assist with brand standards policing.

7. 对接印刷、礼品等供应商

In charge of communicating with suppliers of printing, gifts, etc.

任职要求 JOB PROFILE

1. 精通Adobe Photoshop和Illustrator等设计软件

Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

2. 精通微软办公软件

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

3. 精通微软及苹果电脑操作系统

Proficient in Microsoft and APPLE IOS system.

4. 具有代表酒店和品牌的出众的艺术设计能力

Demonstrated ability to graphic design that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

5. 具有代表酒店，品牌和公司于顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

6. 具有解决问题和组织能力

Problem solving and organizational abilities.

7. 多任务的技能

Multitasking skills.

8. 本地语言-优秀的语言和书面表达能力

Local language- good speaking &writing skills.

10. 具有艺术设计，市场传媒或相关领域的大学以上学历或职业证书

Degree in Design, Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
