协助人力资源总监保证人才发展工作在企业中正常高效的运行,支持品牌拓张。

To assist Director of Human Resources maintain the smooth and efficient operation of Talent Development in the organization, support brand expedition.


协助人力资源总监保证人力资源部工作的高效运行,确保部门营运手册中的政策和程序得到严格的执行。

Assists the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.


协助准备并更新人力资源部营运手册的内容。

Assists in the preparation and update of the Human Resources Departmental Operations Manual.


协助确保酒店的政策符合集团/酒店的人力资源政策和程序。

Assists in making sure that the hotel is adhering to all Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.


确保所有员工了解并遵守酒店、集团和当地的政策法规中有关的消防、危险和安全的制度。

Ensures that employees follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.


保证集团的资料能够得到有效的传达。

Ensures the effective dissemination of corporate materials.

确保员工了解所有酒店内部的规章和制度,并很好地执行。

Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to employees and implemented.


及时反馈员工意见调查的结果并确保相关改变得到执行。

Feedback the results of the Employee Opinion Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.


确保政府规定的有关员工方面的法规得到严格的遵守和执行。

Assists in making sure that government-stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented


与劳动部门以及劳动部门劳动法专员保持沟通,以深刻理解本地的劳动法规。

Communicates with labor offices and labor-law specialists, and have a thorough understanding of the local labor law.


评估酒店培训计划的进展,必要时提出建议。

Reviews the progress of the hotel's Training Plan and make recommendations where necessary.


协助行政委员会及部门总监确定各部门的培训需求。

Assists the Executive Committee and Heads of Department in identifying training needs within each department.


协助酒店培训计划和日程的协调和监督。

Coordinates and monitors the hotel's Training Plan and Calendar.


提供关于员工职业发展、私人问题、职业相关问题、员工不满和违纪惩罚等发面的咨询。

Counsels employees in career prospects, personal issues, job related issues, grievance, discipline, etc.


熟悉生产率知识(以及其他关于员工表现的信息),作出每月人员流动率的报告、员工病假统计报告以及员工休假统计报告。

Be conversant with productivity ratios (and other key performance indicators) and to produce the monthly turnover report, employee sick leave report, vacation reports.


确保酒店内所有有关财务记录、金钱和执照等相关的规定、政策和条例严格遵循酒店、公司和当地法律的规定,包括及时准确地提供有关财务方面信息的报告。

Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.


根据计划,协助开展部门沟通会议。

Assists to conduct Departmental Communication Meetings as scheduled.


协助制定人力资源工作日历并监督执行情况。

Monitors and prepares the Human Resources Calendar.


建立有效的接班人计划,关注酒店主各层级高潜质员工的发展。

Force the development of HIPO employee in all levels in the hotel, through establish and implementation of an effective succession plan.


与竞争对手的酒店代表、生意伙伴和其他公司组织,包括本地的学校、旅游学校和大学保持良好的合作关系。

Maintains strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations, including local schools, hotel schools and universities.


随着行业、公司和酒店的变化,对人力资源的职能作出相应调整。

Responds to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.


确保高潜质人才的发展记录得到及时更新;

Ensures that all HIPO employee development records are kept up to date;


有效管理酒店员工福利项目,确保员工福利在本地市场的相关性和竞争力。

Manages the hotel's employee welfare programmes, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive in the local market place.


协助对具有竞争性的补偿/福利/激励制度的调查。

Assists in researching competitive compensation/benefits/incentive packages.


拓展和维护本土和境外的大学的校企合作关系;

Develop and maintain the school alliance with local and oversea universities;


进行面试并与相关部门经理协调招聘活动。

Conducts interviews and co-ordinates recruitment activities in liaison with the respective Heads of Department.


协助人力资源总监汇集和执行所有员工沟通方面的资料和活动。

Assists the Director of Human Resources with the compilation and implementation of all employee communications.


通过合理的培训、辅导,以及/或顾问,提高人力资源部所有员工的工作技巧和效率。

Develops the skills and effectiveness of all Personnel employees through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.


参加必要的培训和例会。

Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.


在入职培训时协助培训经理进行人事相关内容的培训。

Assists the Training Manager with Orientation training on job related issues.


执行及完成交给的其它工作及责任。

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
