岗位职责
1、按时按量按质完成采购供应计划指标，积极开拓货源市场，货(价)比三家，选择物美价平的物资材料，完成下达的降低采购购成本的责任指标。
Complete the target of purchase and supply plan on time, in accordance with quantity and quality, actively explore the source market, compare the goods (price) with three, select the materials and materials with the same price, complete the responsibility target of reducing the purchase cost assigned.
2、负责与客户签订采购合同，督促合同正常如期的履行，并催讨所欠、退货或索赔款项。
Responsible for signing the purchase contract with customers, supervising the normal and timely performance of the contract, and asking for the money owed, returned goods or claims.

3、严把采购质量关，选择样品供领导审核定样，对购进物料均须附有质保书或当场(委托)检验。协助有关部门妥善解决使用过程中出现的问题。
Strictly control the quality of purchasing, select samples for the leader to review and determine the sample, the purchased materials must be attached with warranty or on the spot (commissioned) inspection. Assist relevant departments to properly solve the problems in the process of use.
4、负责办理物料验收、运输入库、清点交接等手续。
Responsible for material acceptance, warehousing, inventory and other procedures.
5、收集一线商品供货信息，对公司采购策略、产品原料结构调整改进，对新产品开发提出参考意见。
Collect supply information of front-line commodities, adjust and improve the company's purchasing strategy, product raw material structure, and provide reference opinions for new product development.
6、填写有关采购表格，提交采购分析和总结报告。
Fill in relevant purchasing forms and submit purchasing analysis and summary report.

岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历，财务或经济类专业优先;
College degree or above, major in finance or economics is preferred;
2、有酒店采购经验者、熟悉相关产品的采购流程者优先。
Have hotel purchasing experience, familiar with related product purchasing process is preferred.
3、有耐心、能吃苦、人品好、态度积极。
Patience, hardworking, nice personality and positive attitude.
