WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

· Experience: At least five years relevant work experience.

· Education: Undergraduate degree from a hotel management school or business-related college.

· Skills: Familiar with computer system and application software. Good interpersonal skills and a great team player. Strong administration skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin.

· Personality: Strong team leader, creative approach with high adaptability, positive and fun.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Establishes annual training plans.

· Works with other departments to establish and develop departmental training scheme.

· Creates and updates the training guidebook.

· Creates and updates the training scheme for new team members.

· Works with our consulting company to develop a comprehensive training scheme.

· Creates, develops and revises the performance appraisal system.

· Develops a system of TNA as the foundation of an effective training scheme.

· Creates and manages team members training profile.

· Establishes annual training budget.

· Assists Director of People & Culture to complete the team members performance appraisal reports, and according to the results, establishes team members development scheme and arrange corresponding training.

· Cooperates with all training schemes set by Swire Hotels.

· Provides guidance to each departmental training leader

· Assists the management trainees with their work, life and if they encounter any problems.

· Establishes Team Member Advisory Committee system and forms the committee to hold meetings in order to provide suggestions for improvements to the management on a regular basis.

· Assists Director of People & Culture to create a proactive working atmosphere in the department.

· Gives subordinates concise instructions and directions, provides guidance to ensure the success of the tasks.

· Coordinates with all departments and establishes a good working relationship with other team members.

· Completes other work assigned by Director of People & Culture.
