Shangri-La Yiwu 义乌香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. It is a multifunctional urban complex integrating residential, commercial, office, retail, and entertainment spaces. The property boasts multiple outlets, including Brown Sugar, Mix and Zui Xi Hu・Yue Xiu Wok. We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Reservations Agent to join our team.
我们目前正在招聘一名预订部文员加入我们的团队。
 
As a Service Associate- Reservations Agent, we rely on you to:
1.To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process, proficient in operating the reservations systems and equipment.
2.To provide prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times. To answer the phones within three rings.
3.To upsell whenever possible to maximize on occupancy and revenues.
4.To ensure that all reservations are entered accurately and “mesh” update maintained consistently.
5.To fully understand market segmentation to accurately “qualify” reservations.
6.To handle incoming reservation requests/correspondence, confirming or regretting on the day received.
 
We are looking for someone who:
1.Minimum one years’ experience in an International class Hotel；
2.Good health, able to work under pressure；
3. Self-motivated and good team player.

1.  熟练操作预订系统和设备。
2.  随时提供及时、礼貌和高效的服务。电话铃响三声内接电话。
3.  在任何可能的情况下追加销售，使入住率和收入最大化。
4.  确保所有预订信息准确录入，并及时更新。
5.  充分理解市场细分，准确地“合格”预订。
6.      处理当天收到的预订请求/信件。
 
 
岗位要求：
1.至少一年国际品牌酒店工作经验；
2.身体健康，能承受工作压力；
3.积极主动，善于团队合作。
